Hizmet Sağlayıcısı, size önemli bilgiler, gerekli bildirimler ve pazarlama promosyonları sağlamak için zaman zaman sizinle iletişim kurmak amacıyla sağladığınız bilgileri kullanabilir.
Uygulamayı kullanırken daha iyi bir deneyim için, Hizmet Sağlayıcısı kullanıcı adı, telefon numarası, ad, soyad dahil ancak bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere belirli kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgileri bize sağlamanızı isteyebilir. Hizmet Sağlayıcısının talep ettiği bilgiler onlar tarafından saklanacak ve bu gizlilik politikasında açıklandığı şekilde kullanılacaktır.

Hizmet Sağlayıcısı, Uygulamayı kullandığınız sürece ve bundan sonra makul bir süre boyunca Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan verileri saklayacaktır. Uygulama aracılığıyla sağladığınız Kullanıcı Tarafından Sağlanan Verilerin silinmesini istiyorsanız lütfen info@gamino.tech adresinden onlarla iletişime geçin; makul bir süre içinde yanıt vereceklerdir.
Hizmet Sağlayıcı, Uygulamayı 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek veri talep etmek veya onlara pazarlama yapmak için kullanmaz.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki hiç kimseye hitap etmemektedir. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, 13 yaşından küçük çocuklardan kişisel olarak tanımlanabilir bilgileri bilerek toplamaz. Hizmet Sağlayıcı, 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun kişisel bilgi verdiğini tespit ederse, bunu derhal sunucularından siler. Ebeveyn veya veliyseniz ve çocuğunuzun bize kişisel bilgi verdiğini biliyorsanız, lütfen Hizmet Sağlayıcıyla (info@gamino.tech) iletişime geçin, böylece gerekli işlemleri yapabilirler.

This privacy policy applies to the Paket Yönet Kurye app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by GAMINO TEKNOLOJİ YATIRIM A.Ş. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (info@gamino.tech) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
